It is significant that a request to discuss retaliation against employees is controversial within Gilbert Public Schools. The vote on future agenda item 7.01, at the Board Meeting on September 18, 2012: "Work study to discuss steps and/or process for an employee to take should they experience retaliation." Passed 3-2 The nay votes were Blake Sacha and Lily Tram. The work study session is scheduled for was held on November 20, 2012.
